River City Church celebrated the opening of its new location on Noble Street in Swissvale with a community block party on Friday, August 5. Many people gathered in the municipal parking lot for the free event and to enjoy games, music, and food.
Lisa Whitney, local resident and owner of eos architecture in Swissvale, attended the event with her 4-year-old daughter. She remarked, “This is such a wonderful event to have for the people of this community.” Kids of all ages had fun getting balloon animals, having their face painted, or doing other crafts to take home and proudly display on the family refrigerator.
River City invites you to the weekly worship service that takes place Sunday evening at 6:00 pm at 2037 Noble St. (the building with the bright yellow door).
